Monday January 25 Meeting Agenda Official Event Date: Thursday, March 4, 2010 6-7:30 confirmed with Dawson Circus will be in the gym on March 5, so we will need to work around that- Book Fair and Recipe Cards will need to set up after Noon so that Circus practice can occur in the AM on Thursday.

Theme: Book Theme is Reading Diner- All you can read
maps/menus -so far no free printing- we may have to do this ourselves

Amy is getting 500 paper hats from res. supply so every kid can have a hat.
Amy has ordered 200 bags of animal crackers for student snack- free water from empire for students.

Front table/entry- Decorations at front will be done by seaman, Debbie and Jackie will host.
